The elegant dinner party is hosted by an influential wealthy young man of high status for his manipulative guests who have their own desires, insecurities and agendas. The dinner party is thrown into turmoil when power meets greed, ambition and jealously. The evening wears on, the host exposes society's insatiable desire for control and status as power play between the guests intensifies as the accusations start to fly.
The dancers (Host: Jack McLarnon, The Hostess: Lizzie Vilmanis, The Rival: Bernhard Knauer, The Wannabe: Jag Popham, The Lover: Isabella Hood, and The Insecure Party Girl: Josephine Weise) played out the plot, with choreography that demanded split-second timing, agility and a massive amount of athleticism.
On show is the host's confidence and power as he manipulates and bullies his guests who in-turn warily size up the man and tests their own fears and hopes. The dinner guests fought, flirted, and were teased and humiliated and this was showcased through the marvellous dance moves that tested the strength of all the dancers.
