We had heard about their well-known Outback Tasting Plate and I was curious to try it. The Tasting Plate is a shared entrée consisting of seared kangaroo with bush tomato chutney; lemon myrtle battered crocodile with saffron aioli; and mountain peppered camel with a beetroot relish.

It was very tasty and a nice starter for the evening meal. The mains arrived soon after. The Thai red duck curry with eggplant, zucchini, lychees and rice was delicious.

The chicken burger with chips and peri peri mayonnaise was enjoyable, the newspaper napkin adding interest to this lovely dish.
