Love Film? Love Dance? Then this is for you?
The Dancer Film
The Dancer Film
I love all forms of dance. So this film was exactly my type of movie.

Let's start with the music score. The music was rousing and took you right to the heart of the story from the get-go. The first scene of the movie takes you right to the action and sets the film up to tell the story of Louie Fuller and Isadora Duncan.

The film explores themes of creativity, theatre, art, art in motion, dance and contemporary issues. The costumes and scenes are nicely set in a period theme.

Having never read the story of Louie Fuller or Isadora Duncan I cannot tell you how true the depiction was. But as a film, I'd highly recommend it, especially if dance, art, and creativity are your passions.
