On Saturday 11th March, the Head Chef of Canberra's popular "The Cupping Room", Jerome Felix, will be taking over the kitchen of the "Muse" bookshop and restaurant, under the East Hotel in Kingston. The night will include canapes on arrival, as well as three courses of delicious, seasonal dishes - see the Muse website for the full menu. Also on the night Jerome will be signing copies of his book "The Cupping Room Cookbook", with the book for sale on the night to purchase.
Time: 6:30pm - 9:30pm.
Cost: $80 per person. If you would like matching wines with your courses, it is an extra $40 per person.
