Materialising on the pavement like a sugar coated dream with its cheery Astro-turf and colonial façade, complete with mini crystal chandeliers, The Cupcake Parlour will induce excitement amongst the young and young-at heart.
Feeling like a kid in a candy shop, you will be hard pressed to pick a cupcake amongst the plethora on display, hand frosted and meticulously adorned, decadent and inspired.
The cupcakes are baked fresh every day and frosted by hand. The delights range from "Mango Frangipani"; a vanilla cake covered in mango frosting and finished with a delicate frangipani flower; to the sinful "Flack Borest"; a mountain of chocolate and vanilla and butter cream, maraschino cherry and chocolate cake, deemed "a meal on its own."
The café is a throwback to yesteryear, but it is luxe and trendy all the way. Presentation is paramount, with cupcakes packaged in pretty pink and white hat boxes.
Organic beverages, gourmet milkshakes and vegan, diabetic, gluten/dairy/egg free options are available. New cupcake flavours are available on a regular basis and reflect a fresh sense of inspiration.
There is a playful quality that shines through every aspect of The Cupcake Parlour. The range extends to risqué cake creations of the adult variety, infused with liqueur and available for bucks, hens nights and similar occasions.
The Cupcake Parlour's attention to detail, iconic presentation and friendly atmosphere are a brand in itself. Cupcakes are available for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, high teas, corporate function and morning teas and are prices at $3.50 each $40.00 for a dozen.
The Cupcake Parloour is located at shop 17/22 Albert Street Broadbeach, Gold Coast and Shop 5/60 Vulture Street West End, Brisbane. To arrange and event or to place an order call 1300 Cupcake or visit www.thecupcakeparlour.com.au
