At 22 Red Cape Lane this tiny sugar-filled cafe lives up to its fairytale address. I popped in after walking past it countless other times, finally giving in to the urge to try their perfectly-displayed treats.
Miniature bundles of perfectly-decorated goodness!
The Cupcake Family prides itself on gorgeously decorated designer cakes. The 'Lemony Sunshine' cake is even garnished with a real miniature lemon yo-yo biscuit! They also have miniature and gluten-free options.
The Hazelnut macaron was chewier than I expected but had a delicious nutella-esque choc-hazelnut flavour. Other flavours on offer include chai latte, apple butterscotch and black sesame, as well as the usual array of chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and salted caramel, just to name a few. A single macaron starts at $2.30 and a pack of 6 will set you back $11.50.
