The CBD's newest sweet spot
It's already crazy popular in South Melbourne and now, The Crux & Co have opened a second location in the Melbourne CBD on Little Collins St.

After the launch of their initial cafe in June this year, the new location, on the ground floor of the Sheraton Melbourne is a patisserie shop that's set to delight every sweet tooth in the city.

The Crux & Co Patisserie will be serving up the fresh pastries and cakes for which they've become famous, selling out daily from their initial cafe.

The patisserie is smaller than its sibling cafe venue, seating only 40, but it's an ideal spot to pop in for a morning or afternoon treat and without a doubt the city workers will find it a convenient spot for business meetings over a Five Senses Coffee and treat.

It's also certain to be a popular spot for guests staying at the Sheraton Melbourne.

Head pastry Chef Louise MK Lee is creating his delicious and delicate éclairs, macarons, petit gateau, pastries including the delicious croissant bagel'crogle' and more. Desserts are made fresh daily and include nine éclair flavours such as double vanilla, passionfruit, bitter chocolate, pure yoghurt, salted caramel, raspberry, matcha and lemon meringue to the macaron flavours of bitter chocolate, salted caramel, oreo cookies and cream, pistachio, wasabi, yuzi, mint, passionfruit, raspberry, lychee and jasmine.
