The Crux & Co Patisserie will be serving up the fresh pastries and cakes for which they've become famous, selling out daily from their initial cafe.
The patisserie is smaller than its sibling cafe venue, seating only 40, but it's an ideal spot to pop in for a morning or afternoon treat and without a doubt the city workers will find it a convenient spot for business meetings over a Five Senses Coffee and treat.

It's also certain to be a popular spot for guests staying at the Sheraton Melbourne.
Head pastry Chef Louise MK Lee is creating his delicious and delicate éclairs, macarons, petit gateau, pastries including the delicious croissant bagel'crogle' and more. Desserts are made fresh daily and include nine éclair flavours such as double vanilla, passionfruit, bitter chocolate, pure yoghurt, salted caramel, raspberry, matcha and lemon meringue to the macaron flavours of bitter chocolate, salted caramel, oreo cookies and cream, pistachio, wasabi, yuzi, mint, passionfruit, raspberry, lychee and jasmine.
