The Crimean in North Melbourne boasts one of the best Winter drinks and food menus in Melbourne.
On the corner of Peel and Queensberry Streets, it's just a short walk away from the Vic Markets. I'd highly recommend stopping by The Crimean if you happen to be at the Luna Vic Night Market this Wednesday.
Featuring a heavily Eastern European influenced vibe in the wine list, decor, and delicious food, this is one of the most unique bars in Melbourne.
What's more, the staff know what they're on about. So feel free to sit at the bar and ask them to pour you something of their recommendation. Their cocktails have an impeccable reputation too.
If going to The Crimean, expect to over-indulge. Starting with the dumplings and some shared entrees, you won't be disappointed. Onto mains, and I would highly recommend the Polish Hunter Casserole - a perfect dish for the depths of Winter. Team this with a 'Pushkin' cocktail and you'll be in heaven.
So make the trip to North Melbourne and get spoilt by the expert staff at The Crimean. A beautiful restaurant/bar means this is ideal for date night, a special family occasion, or for a few bevvies you'd be lucky to try anywhere else with mates.
