Check out the creative talents at the Creative Markets
One thing that has grown over the past number of years are the amount of markets that have popped up all over Australia.
So what do I think that makes a market a stand-out one from the rest?
The Creative Markets has been running for just over three years now has given a big revamp over the past few months and is now held in the Tudor Park PCYC at Loganholme in QLD that is held on every second Saturday of each month would have to be one of the markets that is up there with all of the above.
They are a boutique market that has over 40 stalls (growing each month) that showcase handmade & unique products that have been produced by a wonderful array of talented artisans from all over Brisbane & the local areas.
The Creative Markets would be a great place to stop off at if you are heading north to Brisbane or the Gold Coast as Tudor Park PCYC Community Recreation Centre is about 2 minutes off the Logan Motorway. All you need to do is take the Drews Rd exit and turn right and you are there.
Or you could take the M1 and get off at the Clarkes Rd exit just past the Hyperdome (over the overpass) and then turn left at Pauls Petrol Station.
If you are not quite sure where this is you can, click here for a map location.
Maybe you have some wares that you would like to display and where looking for somewhere to go. If so you should check out the stall prices as they are not to dear. You too could join the growing list of creative artists and vendors that are finding the Creative Markets too hard to resist.
Capes 4 Kids Australia Inc will also be there and it is great to see that the Creative Markets supports them as they are the first program of its kind in Australia who by gifting super powered capes to little superheros bring a smile to young crusaders and help them to embrace their inner strength, to fight the challenges that they and their families are facing.
Creative Markets is a place where the imagination meets creation. So when you are looking for a place to go a check out the creative talents at over 40 stalls you should stop in at the Creative Markets on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 8am-1pm and its free entry with plenty of parking available.
