Researchers from the Centre for Health, Exercise and Sports Medicine at the University of Melbourne are seeking volunteers to test a new way of providing information and support for people with knee osteoarthritis.

Volunteers will have access to a website for 12 weeks that includes educational resources and support to help you manage your osteoarthritis. One group will also include a modified yoga exercise video program where you will be asked to access these videos online via a study website and complete the exercises 3 times per week in your own home (30-40 minutes per session).

If you are aged 60 or over, have had knee pain for 3 months or longer, and have had knee pain on most days of the past month, you may be eligible to take part.

To register your interest for the study, please visit the website: www.copeapply.com.au
