Creative type and do-er of things from Adelaide, South Australia.

The Coopers Ale House at The Earl is the ideal place to sample one of South Australia's best exports - Coopers Beer. With the entire Coopers range on tap as well as "guest taps" including my personal favourite, Monteiths Cider, the Ale House is great for leisurely lunch or an evening of extravagance.
Located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, you are within walking or dancing distance of pretty much everything, making the hotel dangerously easy to get to.
Dine in either the Carrington Bar or Arnou, which houses a large woodfire and serves up some truly delicious pizzas. You will find the staff are both friendly and efficient, attentive enough to meet your needs without hovering to the point of annoyance.
Prices are reasonable for such excellent quality food, and schnitzel fanatics can work towards entering the fabled Schnitzel Society. Entry into the Society is granted when die-hards have consumed 8 schnitzels on 8 separate visits. But, there's a free t-shirt in it for your efforts, and with such variety available, it hardly seems like work.
Happy hour is from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays so after work drinks and Sunday Sessions are totally covered. The aesthetics and historical feel complete the experience - the hotel has been operating under various names since 1850 - and much time can be whiled away pondering the events discussed around the roomy bar over the years. For history, atmosphere, Coopers, and the recognition your Schnitzel efforts deserve, the Coopers Ale House is a must.
