Calling all bargain fashionistas! Prepare yourselves for a super spring basement sale at The Conscious Closet at the QV Women's Centre on 31 October and 1 November 2014.

The Conscious Closet makes up a part of not-for-profit organisation Fitted for Work , which assists women experiencing disadvantage to get work and keep it.



Trained staff at Fitted for Work assist women re-gain their confidence to secure sustainable employment through a variety of free services including mentoring, interview preparation, personal outfitting, work experience and a range of transition to work and staying employed programs.

Monthly Conscious Closet fashion sales are held on the last Friday and Saturday of each month in the centre basement of QV Women's Centre, with all proceeds going to Fitted for Work to assist with their ongoing charitable programs and services.



Go shopping for fabulous pre-loved fashion including many designer brands from as little as $2 up to $30. Find clothing, accessories, handbags and shoes from brands such as Carla Zampatti, Jigsaw, Scanlan & Theodore, Perri Cutten, Alannah Hill, Veronika Maine and more.



As the not-for-profit's motto goes "Feel good about looking good" and spruce up your spring wardrobe in a conscious and budget friendly way. Open 11am - 7pm on Friday 31 October, and 11am - 3pm on Saturday 1 November. Look for the heritage red brick building next to QV Melbourne.
