The Change Project, Bringing you Healthy Lifestyle Choices offers four groups of activities each with a variety to choose from.

Fitness activities for everyone is an initiative of the Toowoomba Regional Council. Be Active offers include Hatha Yoga, Active Seniors, Social Circuit, Energise and Come and Try Gardening.

Mum 'n' Bub Fitness provides time with other mums with tots, training in beautiful Picnic Point Park and other locations at low prices. Contact Debbie on 0435 770 065 or Kylie on 0468 921 595.

Be Active Kids are low cost and suitable for beginners. Ginger Sport Kids Soccer and GETT Fit Kids will get the school stress worked out at Lake Annand, Queens Park and Wilsonton Heights Park. Contact Tash on 0451 438 801 or Ginger Sport on 07 3890 3338.

Heart Foundation Walking groups suit beginners and anyone who wants to walk with company for fun. Gifts for milestones throughout the program.
