Event:
This family walk is to remember and to show an awareness of domestic violence. It is being run by a new charity called www.lovehopeandgratitude.org.au. Anyone participating is asked to wear or carry a butterfly. When you register, you will be asked how many butterflies you need. They ask you to register online before the day. They hope to raise enough money for a shelter for women, children and their pets.

The walk will leave McClaren Street and everyone will walk together to Keith Stephenson Park, where there will be a family fun day with activities and stalls. It's a great cause for a new foundation and besides, we need to get out in the sunshine after all that rain.
