Opinion
Personally, I liked every recipe in the book, especially Sweet Potato Pie and Sweet-and-Sour Straw-Nana. You can find such ingredients at the local dollar store.
The book is easy to read. I think that any person interested in smoothies would find this recipe book to be superb.
