Try out the newest bar in Fitzroy before it's gone
One thing Melburnians can't get enough of is a good pop-ups. So for a city that is absolutely obsessed with the very newest thing that's around for just a short while, it's no wonder that Fitzroy's The Black Market pop up on Smith Street is so stinking popular.

Here to appease the fickle hearted; The Black Market pop up says hello in Fitzroy.

This pop-up feels like a permanent fixture and is keeping things simple with a menu and beer selection that isn't trying to hard. The menu features items such as fried chicken sandwiches, fries, tacos, an eggplant sandwich and chicken wings. The beer list? Just two on tap. But rumour has it they'll update and switch them up regularly. The wine list also features a great little selection of both Australian and international wines.

The Black Market is the lovechild of the people behind some of Melbourne's favourite food and wine folks. Sarah Booth from the Flour Market and Founder Effect as well as the wine folks from Blackhearts & Sparrows, and Rapf Rashid, the man behind Taco Truck and Beatbox Kitchen.

This spot is set to become a permanent bottle shop in 2015 so get in now while you can- take note however, like all good pop ups, the hours are a little erratic!
