Adelaide, You Are About to Get Wedgied
When I was a child, getting a wedgie was something you dreaded happening to you at school. You know, it was something the cool kids did to the not so cool kids and it could be extremely embarrassing.

Fast forward to 2018 and getting wedgied has become super cool! Get ready Adelaide, you are about to get wedgied.

Courtesy of Nova 919, The Big Wedgie will be doing the deed at Colley Reserve, Glenelg from 1 January to 4 February 2018.

You get a choice of The Big Wedgie, The Just Right Wedgie or The Little Wedgie each with their own basic rules. The Little Wedgie is the smallest wedgie of them all. It is a mini version of The Big Wedge and a 3 lane racer just for the little tikes. You must be a minimum of 0.8 m tall but no taller than 1.2 m, 3 years of age or over and must weight no more than 40 kg.

If you are just a bit bigger, The Just Right Wedgie is for you. This Wedgie is a moderate level; not as extreme as The Big Wedgie but still heaps of fun. You must be a minimum of 0.8 m tall, older than 3 years of age and weigh less than 60 kgs.

The Big Wedgie is the tallest freestanding inflatable waterslide in the world and rated at Extreme! At 18.2 m tall and 82 m long with a jaw-dropping, 55-degree drop this slide is where the big boys and girls play. You must be a minimum of 1.2 m tall, 7 years old and over, and weigh no more than 110 kgs.

How amazing!

We were in an apartment overlooking The Big Wedgie on NYE and New Years Day. I thought it would be packed but there were not many people on it at any stage.I watched people coming down it and it honestly didn't look that thrilling. Is it too expensive? We were going to have a go until I saw that most people barely made it out of the chute at the bottom.
