I really enjoyed the eggs and smoked salmon with fat toast. The egg yolks were runny, which added moistness to the dish. The toast was toasted just right and loaded with butter. You can't go wrong with egg and toast with smoked salmon.

For a vegetarian option, I recommend the Green Bowl. It literally is a superfood bowl of quinoa, kale and spinach, combined with a poached egg, caramelised onions, avocado and seeds and nuts. Containing healthy fats and lots of protein, I couldn't finish it. You could go vegan without the egg if you prefer.
What's a breakfast menu without waffles!? These are a must try for Nutella fans. Those perfectly warm and crisp waffles were drowning in Nutella, paired with vanilla ice cream. It was just the right combination of warm and cold, crunchy and gooey and not overly sweet.
You can also purchase healthy rolls made fresh daily, or even personalise your own rolls to exactly how you like it. At the end of each day, any leftover rolls are donated to charity and don't go to waste.
