Regarded as Sydney's premier shopping event, The Big Design Market heads to its new home - Carriageworks, Eveleigh - for a three-day extravaganza:

Friday 13 Oct, 11 am-8 pm
Saturday 14 Oct, 10 am-6 pm
Sunday 15 Oct, 10 am-5 pm



Look forward to the biggest line-up yet of 200+ Australian stallholders, a mouthwatering array of food and wine experiences and immersive, interactive art installations. It is set to be a vibrant and joyful celebration of independent design complete with shopping, eating, drinking, creating and playing all under one roof!

In the lead-up to the festive season, The Big Design Market is the ultimate place to find exceptional gifts. Explore a curated selection of designers and makers who are passionate about quality, originality and sustainability.



The 2023 stallholder line-up includes the best local creative talent, with many new additions! Ethically made ceramics, jewellery, homewares, clothing, innovative lifestyle products, pet wares and stationery are just some of the designer goods that visitors to The Big Design Market can expect to discover.

The Big Design Market also welcomes visitors to relax and indulge in delicious food and drink offerings including coffee, cocktails, craft beer, local wines and a mouthwatering array of baked goods, Japanese-inspired salads, tasty pho and more from local food icons.



There will also be the reintroduction of the much-loved showbags which sell out in the first hour each day! These limited edition delights boast incredible value with a selection of exciting designer goods like socks, earrings, gin (proof of age required), posters and much more for only $20. The early bird catches the worm!

Plus, there will be incredible visitor prizes up for grabs and a fun creative play space for kids created by Elaine Li from XF Illustrations.
