The iconic Royal Exhibition Building will be transformed into a winter wonderland with gorgeous twinkling lights and a forest of trees to create a magical space visitors won't want to leave. Expect a feast for the senses with over 200 Australian and New Zealand exhibitors, 50 of the most acclaimed tastemakers from across the country and an incredible art installation - all under one roof!

Established and rising talent across fashion, homewares, jewellery, tech accessories and more will come together for a truly beautiful experience. Look forward to an incredible curation of ethically made ceramics, jewellery, homewares, clothing, limited-edition art prints, stationery and much more.

The Big Design Market has collaborated with their friends at Electric Confetti to create a neon dream for little ones this year! Keep your children entertained with the FREE creative program for kids and a major 10-metre-tall flower installation created by Melbourne designer, Tara Whalley. Children can also 'Design a Fashion Collection with Tara Whalley' using offcuts from Tara's own fashion collection to dress a paper doll.

PLUS the first time, The Big Design Market will be hosting an immersive fashion experience, Fashion Interruption, representing 20 local fashion labels with a choreographed parade through the aisles. Models will appear from all angles wearing an 'Almost Winter' collection of your favourite fashion labels while you shop.
