Beastly burgers of Brunswick East
I am a huge lover of burgers and I am always keen to try somewhere new. Having heard my friends mention The B.East, I had been keen to continue my burger adventures and give this particular burger joint a try.
I ordered the 'Filthy', and it was the spicy burger that they had on the menu (you'll learn that I really love spice) and it was absolutely filthy. By all means, in a good way. My companion ordered the 'Sexy' which was double the size with double the beef patties and double the cheese. Let's just say with a basket of fries, we were more than satisfied (I didn't even mention their signature B.EAST burger which has triple ... everything).
Of course, being in Brunswick, I expected a place that would be hipster and "indie" and boy, they did not disappoint. The B.East had loud music, good food, friendly service and a great vibe. I also really liked the play on the name of the place; The B.East - Definitely encapsulates the place; the burgers were definitely beastly and of course it represented its location in Brunswick East. The place was laced with street art and it really caught my attention. This place, I would say, is especially for those who are lovers of music and art and just want chill with a couple of mates one afternoon.
The B.East also serves up other kinds of pub food, so I may possibly come back if I am in the area to see how the other food on the menu is. Definitely a place to check out; ciders and sliders, burgers and beers.
