Regularly flat-out throughout the school holidays, The Beachhouse is your one stop shop for all things amusement for hours on end. Children are free to roam in the safe enclosed environment and parents can join in if they like (or can choose to relax at the cafe).

There are waterslides, dodgem cars, water boats, mini golf, video games, a beautiful old carousel and ferris wheel looking over the beach and much more. It is all split between two fun filled levels I only wished places like this existed when I was a fun loving child.

Plus it is all without the worry of the kids losing their money, as all activities are activated with credits purchased at the kiosk, and added to their own card with a free lanyard. The card simply swipes and the cost is deducted from their credits.

Do they want win toys and prizes? Some games give out tickets, which can be redeemed for prizes, toys and awards from the kiosk, and are away of getting a little more bang for your buck.

Head on down to The Beachhouse, Moseley Square, Glenelg. Remember it is busy during school holidays, so why not head there any ol' weekend.

My niece is obsessed with The Beach House. She's always begging to have her birthday party there and raving about how much fun it is.

I've never been to the Beach House, but I remember when it was still Magic Mountain when I was a kid. I really should go check this out sometime to see what the new building and attractions are like.
