First performance by Maroondah Symphony Orchestra for 2018
Come along to an afternoon of classical music performed by the Maroondah Symphony Orchestra with Conductor Willem van der Vis and special guest piano soloist, Hannah Shin. Hannah Shin is one of Australia's leading younger generation pianists and has performed at recitals and with orchestras all over the world. The program will include the Overture to The Secret Marriage by Cimarose; Piano Concerto No. 27 in Bb KV 595 by Mozart; and Symphony No 7 in A Op. 92 by Beethoven.

The Maroondah Symphony Orchestra usually provides tea, coffee and nibbles in the foyer during the program intermission. For only $25.00 a ticket, you can't go wrong with this afternoon of classical music. Tickets can be purchased at the door on arrival.

This concert will be held at two venues on two separate dates - 18 March at George Wood Performing Arts Centre and 25 March at Cowes Cultural Centre.
