The biggest, best spring picnic is almost here. Stretching across the glorious lawns of Werribee Park on Sunday the 27th of
November from 9am to 5pm will be The Age Harvest Picnic - and I can't wait!

It's an annual pilgrimage for many - and a highly recommended new venture for those who've not yet experienced the sheer joy of enjoying some of Victoria's best food and wine, cooking demonstrations, oodles of live entertainment (including a Kylie tribute band and Brazilian floor show), children's entertainment - all in the gorgeous surrounds of Werribee State Park & Rose Garden.

Your entry fee also gets you into the Werribee Mansion for a touch of history, nostalgia and beauty to complement an already-amazing day.

Bring an appetite, as there's plenty (and I mean plenty) to browse, sample and buy. We're talking quality produce, so it's a great opportunity to buy Christmas presents too. Also bring cash (as there are no ATMs), your favourite people, and a relaxed, leisurely attitude with which to make the most of an abundant day filled with the finer things in life.
