Each class is held in a welcoming and inviting atmosphere and students can learn at their own pace. There are different level classes to choose from and students will receive one on one guidance and advice. [BREAK]Here's what you can choose from:AcroYoga/L-BasingL-Basing is partner-based acrobatics involving a 'base' and 'flyer'. Both parties involved will build fantastic core and overall strength through fun interactions. Beginner level includes static poses and acro balance fundamentals. Intermediate level includes dynamic movements, including flows, pops and transitions of the static poses learnt in the beginner class. No partner required - though it is encouraged.Standing AcrobaticsStanding acrobatics consists of a base and a flyer where the base lifts and supports the flyer in standing static postures. Tempo, timing and positional fundamentals are taught in this class. No partner required though it is encouraged.HandstandsLearn the fine art of balancing on your hands. This class includes drills, conditioning and mobility in order to learn to safely hold yourself upside down.Core and MobilityImprove your functional core strength and joint mobility with this bodyweight class. This class is designed to improve your general wellness and movement patterns.Private SessionsPrivate sessions for duos or partners who truly want to gain knowledge and skill. Sessions are personalised to specific skills with complete attention from the instructors.Personal TrainingPersonal Training sessions cater for specific needs of the individual requesting the session.
