The Frankston Arts Centre will host the next on-stage chapter of the Treehouse book adaptation in the latter part of summer; 17 March 2018.
The award-winning book series written by Australian Author and Illustrator duo Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton has reached 91 treehouse levels in printed form, and 78 levels in stage-adaptation.
The stories follow Andy and Terry's adventures as they attempt to write books in their ever-expanding treehouse. Andy writes the words and Terry draws the pictures, but only too often they get distracted by the craziness of the happenings in the Treehouse.
The 78-Storey Treehouse see Andy and Terry's ever growing treehouse reach another 13 levels, which now boasts a Scribbletorium, a high-security potato chip storage facility (guarded by one very angry duck!) and even an open-air movie theatre.
Mr Big Shot has also arrived and is about to make a Hollywood movie! Will Andy and Terry become famous? And why are there so many cows turning up everywhere?!
The 13-, 26- and 52- and now 78-Storey Treehouse books come to life in stage form thanks to Playwright Richard Tulloch and CDP Kids Production.
