In this video by a lady named Julia, (and her baby), I agreed with her about Italian Grinder Sandwiches and Spaghetti Salads! These two recipes are such coincidences!

I love to go to a restaurant called Grinders in Minerva, Ohio, United States. Of course, they specialize in subs called “grinders”. My mother Rose loves them! I opt for their “white pizza” and “house chips”. If I would get a “grinder”, they have an option to have the “grinder” toasted. I wouldn’t.

If I prepare my own at home, I like mozzarella and pepperoni on Italian. I like salami with lettuce on Italian.

Then, about a year ago, I was online and found a recipe by some cafeteria, which I am now in love with, for “Spaghetti Salad”. I make my own version though. I chop cucumbers, jalapenos and green bell peppers. I like to use a good full bottle of Italian dressing. Mix with spaghetti then place in the fridge overnight. Serve. The only thing hot in your kitchen would be boiling water for the spaghetti!
