If pimped up cars and pretty pin up ladies are your cup of tea, the Greazefest Kustom Kulture Festival is where you should be on August 5th through to the 7th.
Jam packed with bands playing rockabilly tunes, hot rods and gorgeous Pin up girls, the Greazefest Kustom Kulture festival is ready to rumble with its 12th annual event for 2011, taking place at Rocklea Showgrounds.
The festival runs over Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday throughout the day so you can decide which you wish to attend going by who tickles your fancy on the festival program.
This year, the stunning US Pin up artist Micheline Pitt will be making a guest appearance at the festival, and teaching style lessons on the Sunday. There will also be plenty of bands to keep your toes tapping and dance floors for you to get to business. If it's the cars you want to see, the hot rod show takes place on Sunday as do the markets.
Tickets are a steal at $30 / $35 at the door for Friday night, $35 / $40 at the door for Saturday night unless sold out. Tickets are $20 / $25 at the gate for the Sunday.
