This weather is certainly a perfect marriage for oozy, melty warm cheese just made to run down our gob - *oops, I mean palate. That's Amore Cheese is the celebrant providing the venue so we can indulge in delicious cheesy delights every night of the Queen Victoria Market's Night Market (every Wednesday 7 Jun to 30 Aug 2023 from 5-10pm) and Docklands' Firelight Festival (1-3 Jul 2023 from 5-11pm Fri & Sat & 5-10:30pm Sun). With roaring open fires, roving entertainment and the famous silent disco, That's Amore Cheese has you covered with a delicious menu of cheesy Pasta 4 Formaggi (v) - Four cheese fettuccine with herbed breadcrumbs tossed in a 40kg Grana wheel, $18 Gnocchi Ragu - Potato gnocchi with slow cooked beef ragu & grated caciocavallo cheese, $20 Pappa Al Pomodoro - Tuscan bread and tomato soup, burrata, black garlic pearls, $19 Beetroot Burrata - Burrata with spiced beetroot puree & orange, $19. All this at the QVM.

At the celebration of the Solstice at Docklands - the longest night of the year, there'll be plenty of food and feasting across three nights. That's Amore Cheese's savoury offerings at Docklands are Gnocchi Sorrentina in a 40kg Grana cheese wheel, $18 Porchetta Panini for $20 and Burrata beetroot/orange salad, $19 Plus, of course, there will also be delicious Cannoleria cannoli with its signature crunchy shell and traditional Sicilian and chocolate ricotta fillings.
