What do you get when you put burgers and Thai food together?
I love most foods in general but my two absolute favorites are burgers and Thai food. Now what do you get when you put those two together? Well you get Thaiger!

A hip, urban burger joint that incorporates Thai inspired ingredients, spices and flavors to create an interesting twist to everyone's favorite and classic hamburger.

Almost hidden away in The Walk Arcade is the little burger shop that can only seat about three people at most in the store (so best to get your burger to take away), Thaiger proves that delicious things really do come in small packages.

The creators of Thaiger, Merica Charungvat and Yuliana Arifin wanted to be innovative and inventive and give people a spin on one of their favorite food groups being the burger, whilst still celebrating the food in which they know and love which is Thai.

So let's take a look at a few of my favorites from their menu:

Thaiger Eats Satay This burger consists of grilled southern Thai spice marinated chicken with a Satay peanut sauce and pickled vegetables, for only $9.

Tom Yum Goong This burger is filled with grilled spicy prawns, fresh herbs, coriander, crispy lettuce and Tom Yum Mayo all for just $10.

Chick- Chick Bang-Bang With this burger you will get crispy chicken thigh fillet, Thai sweet chilli mayo, tomato, lettuce and sliced boiled egg for only $9.

Pou- Nim Black Burger The name says it all, it actually is a black burger bun that contains crispy soft-shell crab, granny smith Asian slaw, sweet and tangy dressing all for $10.
