If you have ever wanted to indulge in your creative pursuits, but don't have time during the week, here's some great news; Ro Cook, the Textile Designer and the Printmaker behind Rokoco Textiles, will be running a series of textile and paper printing workshops on weekends throughout the year. Ro Cook has extensive years of experience in Visual Art, Printmaking, Interior Design, Film and Television Production Design. With her love of textiles and strong vision in making art as part of daily lives, her hand-printed textiles are distinctive, witty and colourful, and are widely applicable to T-shirts, tea towels and table runners.

If you are keen to unleash your creativity or you have been thinking of doing something unique to beautify your home, why not consider joining the Fabric Eco Dyeing and Printing workshop which is coming up Sunday May 20 between 10.30am and 3pm.The workshop will be running at Ro Cook's studio in Newtown.

Designed in bold pattern and vibrant colour, Ro Cook's textile designs are hand-printed beautifully and skillfully on fabrics, like linen or cotton. In particular, her limited edition tea towel designs on pure linen cloth are simply elegant and unique - a style defined by lively, contemporary and innovative designs. I was facilitated by her designs and I was so delighted to purchase her hand-printed tea towels and plate mat (pictured). You can use them for domestic purpose as well as enliven your home with a touch of beauty.
