The kids are back at school and the dilemma of what to do during the school holidays has now turned to what to do after school. Don't despair! There is an amazing array of fun, educational and free after school activities in and around Adelaide throughout Term 1.
Many of these activities directly relate to developing STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) skills such as problem-solving, creativity, critical analysis, teamwork, independent thinking, initiative, communication and digital literacy. These skills are now considered to be critical skills for children to develop as they are required by employers who need people who can adapt to rapid technological change.
