Holiday workshops for teenagers
This holiday season, why not enrol your teen in a yoga workshop. Perfect for relieving stress after end of year exams, improving posture and flexibility and importantly getting their heads out of their devices and increasing their awareness of their own self.
Held by Yoga Sanctuary at their premises in Greenslopes, the workshop will run for three days from the 18th to the 20th December from 1pm until 3pm and is open to children aged 12 to 18. The cost is $90 for the three workshops, or $35 if you would like to attend an individual workshop.
Jill will be the instructor for the teen workshops.
The instructor for the sessions will be Jill Shaw-Feather. Jill is known for her compassionate teaching style and calming presence. With over ten years experience teaching yoga, both in Brisbane and internationally, her classes are a unique blend of Mindful Movement and breath focus.
