Breakfast is a great way to start the day, especially when shared with self confessed 'Funtrepreneur' Sarah Holloway. On Wednesday 7 September 2016, from 7am to 9am at 195 Argyle Street, Fitzroy, there'll be a morning of tea and toasties, made even tastier with an inspirational boost by very special guest speaker Sarah. Click here while limited tickets are still available. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Jess at the Victorian Camp Quality office on (03) 9329 8660.
Your ticket includes Matcha Maiden green tea and other standard teas; one savoury toastie (GF, vegetarian and vegan options available), an inspiring talk from Sarah, and the opportunity to connect with like-minded people.
Matcha Maiden and Matcha Mylkbar co-founder Sarah Holloway will share her journey with you; from working as a lawyer to co-founding what is now Melbourne's hot spot and vegan cafe.
Hosted by Camp Quality, in support of their Dine at Mine campaign, tea will be provided by Matcha Maiden and Cheese & Bread will be dishing out their tasty toasties for you to enjoy. All profits from this event will go towards supporting Camp Quality programs which are designed to build optimism and resilience in children and their families, living with cancer.
Supporting over 700 families in Victoria alone (12,000 family members across Australia were supported in 2015), your support will help create a better life for each of them. Normalcy is thrown out the window when cancer comes to stay. Camp Quality provide essential services throughout each stage of the cancer journey; from diagnosis, treatment, remission and the heart-breaking process of bereavement.
Please do come along and climb over that humpday slump with a great breakfast event. Please note that all official festivities will be wrapped up by 8.30am so those who need to, can get to work on time. However, if you have the time to stick around, you're encouraged to mingle and network with other guests.
