Cucumber-Mint Tea Sandwiches
1 large cucumber
Salt and pepper
16 slices white bread
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
16 fresh mint leaves


Pink Lemonade With Lime or Kiwi
8 cups of water
2 cups of lemon juice
1 cranberry juice
2 cups of sugar
Lime wedges or Kiwi wedges


Egg Salad With Dill On Mini Corn Muffins

½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped and peeled
1 chopped celery
1 tbsp dill
16 mini corn muffins, store-bought or made from mix


Black Tea Martini

¼ cup (2 ounces) vodka
¼ cup brewed black tea
Ice
Chopped black tea leaves
Sugar

Green Tea Martini

Substitute green tea

White Tea Martini With Coconut

Substitute brewed white tea and dried shredded coconut


Tomato Basil Salad With Mini Mozzarella

5 pounds ripe tomatoes cut into wedges
¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 ½ cups torn fresh basil leaves
2 cups (8 ounces) mini mozzarella balls
Salt and pepper


Peanut Butter And Banana Tea Sandwiches

12 thin slices white bread
& #8531 ; cup creamy peanut butter
2 very ripe bananas

Strawberry Cream Cheese Tea Sandwiches

12 thin slices whole wheat bread
½ cup (4 ounces) strawberry cream cheese

Opinion

I really liked this cookbook by Tracy Stern. However, I didn't want to write every ingredient and instruction for every recipe. You would lose interest and I wouldn't have done my job.

So, for the recipes that I especially liked, I gave the name and ingredients. I figure that you can judge for yourself how to prepare the recipe. Maybe you would like to swap ingredients. Maybe you want to prepare more or less servings.

I would have liked for the cookbook to have more tea sandwiches.

I would have liked to have learned more about High Tea.

I do give this cookbook a 5-star rating.
