Simply soak corn in cold water for ten minutes and cook it in a pan or grill it in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning it regularly.

Take a pack of Paneer (Indian Cottage cheese) and cut it into small squares. Slice capsicums, red onions and tomatoes into 1" cubes.
For the marinade, mix some curd, red chilli powder (according to taste), salt, one teaspoon lime juice, a tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, two teaspoons of oil and two tablespoons of barbeque powder.
Mix all the cut vegetables and the cheese. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Skewer the pieces on thin skewers and grill them in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes in 200 degree celsius.
