Tasting Australia is a foodie festival that is held across Adelaide and South Australia on an annual basis.

One of the most anticipated events to look forward to in 2019 as part of Tasting Australia will be a joint wine and charcuterie masterclass, which will be presented by Kay Brothers Winery - The Charcutier and The Winemaker A Masterclass.

Being the oldest winery in the picturesque McLaren Vale, Kay Brothers (the winemaker) have been specializing in the making and production of premium red wines. Using the traditional 1928 basket press, it is no surprise to see that the quality of the wines speak for themselves.

"We look forward to showcasing this event as part of Tasting Australia in 2019. We encourage the wine and charcuterie lovers of Adelaide to buy a ticket to our masterclass or visit our cellar door during April for our premium wines and gourmet produce." - Steven Todd (Kay Brothers' General Manager)

Parma Handcrafted Cured Meat (the charcutier) is located in the heart of the Adelaide foothills and can be seen as the epicentre of food, wine and culture. Calabrian smallgoods artisan, Pasquale and chef and passionate cured meat aficionado, Massimiliano established the proudly South Australian company, where you can expect nothing short of the best quality, locally-sourced cured meats, produce, and salami.

"The high-quality Kay Brothers wines pair amazingly with our fresh charcuterie. We are proud to be partnering with Kay Brothers for this event and to show Adelaide how wine and charcuterie are a match made in heaven." - Massi Corradini (Parma Handcrafted spokesperson)

Held at their heritage-listed cask room in McLaren Vale on April 6, 2019., the masterclass will give attendees with the opportunity to enjoy quality tastings of the Kay Brothers' premium wines, which will be complemented by some of the most delicious selection of Parma handcrafted cured meats in a charcuterie platter.
