If you're bored with eating the same old fare, this event is for you. P.C.Y.C. Logan City is inviting you to join them for [i Logan! ]this June. On Saturday 17th June, they'll be treating guests to a wide variety of food and drink from around the planet. It will be like a world tour for the tastebuds and a great community event to boot.

You can enjoy entertainment including live bands at the free event, which takes place from 11am to 3pm at the P.C.Y.C. There will also be stalls and a kids' area to keep the adults and children busy.

This will be the first ever Logan! event, but organisers, Logan City Police Citizens Youth Club hope to make it a regular fixture. It's a great way to experience other cultures and to enjoy all the wonderful flavours the migrant community has to contribute to our society.

Logan City boasts a diverse range of peoples in its population, with last census showing 217 ethnicities represented. The top countries of birth in Logan, outside of Australia, are: New Zealand, England, Philippines, South Africa, Samoa, Scotland, Fiji, India, Germany, Papua New Guinea, Netherlands and China. In approximately 13,800 households or 15.2 per cent of homes in Logan, two or more languages are spoken.

Event organisers are keen to share the diversity of the region with everyone. They say, "Come down to learn, taste, discover, and share the many cultures of Australia!"
