4 Pines is the famous local brewery known for their traditional and time honoured techniques. Their focus is quality craftsmanship and natural produce, for the most part only using four ingredients; hops, water, yeast and malt. Their secret however is the inclusion of flavour sensations such as mandarin and ginger, among other natural ingredients. Their festival drink menu will be as follows:

4 Pines Beer Menu:

- 4 Pines Kolsch 4.6 % ABV
Food match: The real all-rounder, drink it at your next BBQ or with fresh fish or seafood. Also sits nicely next to your favourite pizza, Thai, Indian or anything with a little spice.

Mona Vale haunt Modus Operandi, established in 2014, will be making the trek down south to showcase their unique use of the freshest ingredients while utilising the most honest of hand crafted methods.
