Taste of Beaches offers gourmet food and so much more
The Taste of Beaches will once again bring you the best in gourmet food from some of the finest restaurants and cafes on the Northern Beaches. Good food and wines mark the end of winter and this event is held in Mona Vale's spectacular pop-up venue at Winnererremy Bay, at The FlyingFox Park.
This area is close to the scenic Pittwater foreshore and there will be wine from the famous Mudgee Wine Region. This will provide an intimate cellar door experience with some of the local craft beer brewers. The event is FREE to attend and will feature free entertainment for the whole family, including live music and children's activities.
It will be held on Sunday 19th August, 11.00 am to 5.00 pm in Mona Vale Road.
Food You will be able to buy food from local restaurants and cafes, who will be showcasing their menu items from their local Northern Beaches venues. There will be heaps of food to choose from, so you will have to choose which vendor you will buy this from! Or you could always try tastings from all of them!

The Taste of the Beaches will be partnering with the Mudgee Wine Region for this event. You will be able to meet wine-makers and take part in tastings by purchasing a Tasting Glass and tokens on the day.
The Mudgee Region is the third largest grape-growing region in NSW and one of the oldest wine regions in the State. This, and surrounding regions are renown for their excellent wine and food. There are more than 40 family-run boutique wineries, and also fabulous art, music and history.
There will be several of your local brewers as well as those mentioned above from the Mudgee region - in other words, there will be something for everyone! Here you can also purchase a Tasting Glass and tokens to taste the various brews.
There will be FREE entertainment for the whole family and this will include live music and children's activities. The children will also be able to go to kid's cooking classes, art and craft workshops and a game zone.
To Plan your Visit
There will be a courtesy shuttle bus from, 11.00 am to 5.30 pm. This will leave from the corner of Bungan Lane and Pittwater Road, Mona Vale, and travel on to the Winnererremy Bay Reserve, in Mona Street.
Parking at the venue
There is plenty of parking nearby in the adjacent residential streets, or it is just a short walk from Rowland Reserve Carpark.
There will also be additional car parking available at Pittwater High School for a $5 donation which will go directly to benefit the school.
