The highly anticipated cooking demonstration of the year returns to the Adelaide Central Market Community Kitchen on Friday, June 22, from 10am to 12 noon.

will see African 'mamas' including celebrated chef Dorinda Hafner share the kitchen with local Iranian women.

During the free cooking demonstration, they'll talk about their love for food and their personal stories about coming to Australia.

is being held as part of Refugee Week (June 17-23) and is a collaboration between the Adelaide Central Market, African Women's Federation of South Australia, Iranian Women's Organisation SA, the Australian Red Cross and Salt Magazine.
