A free market-style event revealing food secrets
Have you heard of Glynde? Glynde is a northeastern suburb of Adelaide located approximately eight kilometres from the city. It is home to manufacturers and producers of boutique wine, cheese, coffee, gelato, confectionary, fresh pasta and pastries - some of the best-kept food secrets of South Australia. However, the word is spreading. Although tucked away in back streets behind the intersection of Payneham and Glynburn Roads, they are quickly gaining their reputation beyond the locals in recent times.
Taste Glynde & Co celebrates this rich history and cultural heritage of Glynde. It is a market-style event presented by the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters. It will feature premium award-winning local produce, food manufacturers, family-owned businesses and cooking demonstrations. Some of the best local chefs will also be on hand to share their stories.
