There are days when we just want to give up. Don’t give up, just rest. Then, do the following tasks to be your best self by simply practising the following tips:

  • Wash your face and put on your make-up.



  • I once read a book about a woman who was in a funk. Her Mother told her to wash her face and put her make-up on. Her daughter did and guess what? She felt better!

  • Wear matching clothes.

  • For example, I feel sexy when my clothes match! Such clothes build self-esteem.

  • Organize your house or apartment.

  • Doing this makes one think better.

  • Brush your teeth.

  • I know that I do not want false teeth, how about you?



  • Have yourself good meals.

  • Why good meals? Because they are comforting!

  • Drink plenty of fluids, especially water.

  • Do not get dehydrated!

  • Exercise.

  • Take advantage of your ability to exercise because there are many people not able to.

  • Do something good for someone else.

  • If you are ever in a funk, do something good for someone else! You just might feel better!

  • Love.

  • There is too much evil in this world.

    There you have it! Tasks to make you feel like your best self!
