Taralye gives hope to deaf children
On Saturday 11th August 2018, Taralye's 34th Market Day and 50th Anniversary is being held in Blackburn, Victoria. For a gold coin entry per person, you and your family will enjoy a day out with rides for the children and animals to meet. There will be market stalls and local vendors selling scrumptious food with all proceeds going to Taralye's work supporting deaf children and their families.

Taralye was founded in 1968 by parents who had a vision for the future of their children and others. The centre is a registered charity and relies on the government for approximately 40% of its funding; the rest is given through the community, trust and foundations.
Taralye is an early childhood intervention centre whose aim is to help children reach their full potential. Early intervention can start as soon as your baby or child has been diagnosed with hearing loss. The centre also provides an Audiology and Otology service. This service is available for children from birth to 18 years.
