The Fish 'n Chip Twist

If you're looking for fish and chips with a twist, head down to Lygon Street in Carlton. Yes, Lygon Street - the Italian capital of Melbourne.

Here at Tank, they offer a healthy and non-greasy style of fish and chips seasoned to perfection; tender flakes in a crispy batter, with a side of chips that are a taste-bud disco, all seasoned with a delish salt, lemon and parsley.

There is both indoor and outdoor dining so the food can be enjoyed throughout the four seasons.

A fantastic and inviting display can be seen upon entry, with fresh seafood neatly lined up behind the precisely polished glass cabinet. It is bound to be love at first sight.

The menu may seem pricey, but boy does the quality make up for it.

This modern fish and chip cuisine is open for both lunch and dinner from 11am onwards, so why not give them a try?
