Wish to take your children, family, friends or any age group out for a fun day of adventure? Then take them to Creswick's Tangled Maze, near the rural city of Ballarat and just a short drive from the town of Daylesford.

The Tangled Maze offers a fun filled day out for guests with two mazes to make your way through, a mini golf course, an impressive nursery and the giant noughts, crosses and chess game.

The two mazes are both unique, as you make your way through you will find these mazes are constructed from hundreds of different blooming flowers and plants and with over two thousand rose varieties on the property, it gives you a more adventurous feel from the usual hedge maze. Along with the floral surroundings there are questions and mysteries along the maze trails to help you navigate your way through and expand your thinking.

After you have finished exploring the mazes you may like to take advantage of the mini golf course on site and have a swing. There are eighteen holes to make your way through on this course, the mini golf is another enjoyable activity for all ages to get involved in.

Close by the mini golf area is a café if your interested in a bite to eat or in need of refreshments. If you are already prepared with a packed lunch you can also choose to take a seat by one of the picnic areas and enjoy the afternoon sun.

The 'Misty Downs Nursery' is another option at Tangled Maze where you can admire the years of effort put into the nursery likewise with the botanical mazes. Misty Downs is well known for the many heritage and modern roses, peonies and perennial varieties most that are quite rare and unusual, making the nursery a definite must see and a treat to view.

Along with all these activities to keep you busy and the Misty Downs nursery to check out, Tangled Maze offers to host children's parties, hold functions, conferences and weddings in their conference centre if interested.

The handy location, along with the beautiful gardens, alfresco areas and the ability to choose your on décor and settings would make Tangled Maze a great place to hold your function or special occasion. The Creswick area is also a good spot for food and wine, these fine products and produce of the area can be supplied at your function.
