Achieve greater balance in your life

In today's continuously evolving digital world, everyone is trying to maintain a work-life balance.

However, this can be difficult, as the workday for many of us now extends outside the traditional 9 to 5 schedule and our homelives seamlessly blend with deadlines, 24-hour email and social media.

Then there are the demands of modern life, including managing major life changes, financial worries, workplace stress and marital disagreements.

With this sense of always being 'on' and never spending more than a few minutes in complete peace, we are putting ourselves at risk of increased stress levels and depression. But there are techniques that can help calm an anxious and busy mind.

Conscious Living Oz is presenting 'Taming a Busy Mind', a comprehensive workshop which will introduce you to 360 Degree Awareness and the tools you need to achieve greater awareness, creativity and insight each and every day.

Using research and knowledge from Hay House Author and Conscious Living Oz Co-founder Santosh Nambiar and materials and research from Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI), presented by Conscious Living Oz Co-founder Sandeep Chitale, this interactive workshop offers effective solutions to help Tame a Busy Mind, and help you break free from conditioned thinking. This enlightening workshop is ideal if you are:

  • In transition

  • Challenged by inner confusion

  • At a crossroad in your life

  • Looking for a way to tackle 'being busy'

  • Searching for greater balance in your life

From this workshop, you will walk away with a deeper understanding of 360-degree awareness, access to greater creativity and insight and improved decision making ability for the future.
