Tamara Yoga is hosting a 'Beginners Retreat' that is designed to help you grasp a better understanding of yoga and its benefits. From Friday 25th January until Monday 28th January you will find yourself refreshed and rejuvenated in time for the return to work on Tuesday.
Each morning you will enjoy an asana class taught by Tamara Yoga teacher Carol Hicks, Followed by a delicious, healthy lunch prepared by naturopath Julie Dulaney. The afternoon will be yours to either explore the local area, relax with a book or socialise, or meditate in a quiet space. To end the day, in the evening you will be taken through a gentle yoga class that will focus on your breathing and meditation techniques.

I really do wish that I had found out about this retreat sooner. Such a great value for a relaxing getaway. Away from the bustling city to focus on your own physical and mental health. How could you not want to take this opportunity? And now I find another thing to save for. Fingers crossed they have another one later in the year that I can attend.
