Be in the audience while a live show is recorded
Television has some rather funny shows and some people who carry these shows. One of these people is Shaun Micallef, who has been on television in several roles, including some serious ones in earlier years.

Talkin' 'Bout Your Generation is the latest of his shows. It is an hour-long show which airs on Channel 9. It is one of Australia's favourite hours of inter-generational laughs and it's back on the air for another season.

The show is hosted by Shaun and often misled by captains Robyn Butler, Andy Lee and Laurence Boxhall. The show is much-loved and pits Gen X, Gen Y and Gen Z against one another in a very funny battle. The culture knowledge of the three different generations are tested and they also play games. Their answers to the questions are both confusing and often screamingly funny.

Each week, the team captain is joined by a different celebrity guest, who is part of their respective generation.

Whilst doing this, it reminds us of our often long gone memories of our favourite moments as well as moments from television, films, music, advertising, sport and news events.

The show is a celebration of the three generations and what defines them in an effort to discover which generation is truly the greatest generation of all time!

The show originally began in 2009 and was dropped after 3 years until it returned in 2018.

Talkin' 'Bout Your Generation will air in prime time in 2019 and the show is recorded at Docklands. Now they are looking for a studio audience and you could be watching the recordings of this show being made!

All the times listed are approximate only. They are tentative and subject to change. Ticketholders will receive a confirmed starting time in the week prior to the recording. People under 16 years of age are not allowed without written permission from the organiser.

More of the terms include that you acknowledge that this is a recorded event and consent to using any recording made of you by the producer.

The tickets are free and they give out more than they need as there are always some no-shows. Ticketholders will be admitted on a first-come, first served basis and therefore admission is not guaranteed for any show.

This will be a fun event to watch, so check out this site , where you can register for your tickets.

The dates for the show start from Tuesday, 26th February 2019, from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm and go right through to 26th March - you can see all the dates on the link.
