Take each moment as an opportunity to practise
One of the most revered Tibetan lamas alive today will be speaking in Brisbane on how we can find the opportunity to transform suffering and find peace in even the most difficult of times.
His Eminence Dzogchen Rinpoche will share his Buddhist wisdom in a Public Talk in Brisbane on Saturday 26th June 2021 at the Queensland Multicultural Centre, 102 Main Street Kangaroo Point.
His Eminence says, "When we possess an honest mind, and our actions are skilful even when the result is not as we hoped, we can rest peacefully."
Whether the government has imposed another lockdown, someone is irritating us, or our health is declining, Rinpoche will show us that doing all we can and then letting go can transform all suffering.
He says that being where we are and using each moment to practise is the true antidote to all suffering.
"Dzogchen shows us that we have all we need within us; we just need to recognise it."
In the public talk, drawing on ancient Dzogchen teachings that are incredibly relevant in our current world situation, Dzogchen Rinpoche will share wonderful heart advice and practical methods on how to recognise our experiences for what they are.
Doors open at 7pm, the talk begins at 7.30pm. Tickets are $30 ($25 concession) and can be purchased online at www.trybooking.com/DEDU.

There is nowhere to be but here

The seminar will take place in Brisbane from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th July.
In these teachings, Dzogchen Rinpoche will continue to challenge us to view even our most profound hardships as opportunities to transform our mind.
